Chief Mark Kearse, Rolla Police Department (center) and several others from the Rolla police and fire departments visited our site. We had a good discussion of the value of ham radio as a resource in emergency planning. We were asked to provide support for inclusion of ham-radio resources in local emergency operations plans, and participate in exercises.
